Sales & Return Policy

Sales Conditions

Due to fraud and the nature of shopping on the Internet, we reserve the right to cancel and refund transactions for any reason or in case of any risk. We will not be obligated to honor any item prices or shipping quotes offered incorrectly due to computer or human error.

Returns

In case of a defective item(s), we will accept the return of merchandise that was purchased from HobbyGulf.com 7 days of receipt of shipment.

Customer must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before shipping merchandise back to our warehouse. Please submit the Product Returns Form (under My Account) to obtain your RMA. We cannot make any exception and honor returns without an RMA number.

To obtain an RMA number, please email info[at]hobbygulf.com. Customers must agree to the following in order to ship merchandise back to HobbyGulf.com:
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend that you obtain a return tracking number.
- We are NOT responsible for lost packages.
- We do NOT reimburse return shipping costs or refund shipping costs.
- The merchandise must be unused AND in its original packaging (it cannot be glued or tampered with in any sort).

Shipping

  • postal shipping might require the consignee to follow up with your local post office to arrange pickup or tracking within his country.
  • postal or express shipping might sometimes require the consignee to clear his parcel from customs based upon their request. HobbyGulf.com cannot act on behalf of customs or guarantee that parcels do not get inspected.
  • in case of missing or damaged/smashed parcel, consignee has to file a claim at his local post office. HobbyGulf.com cannot offer compensation in such cases.

Verification Requirements
To help protect the customer from fraud, the customer might be contacted via e-mail or phone for authentication. This may include a copy of ID and credit card showing at least the full name and last 4 digits of credit card. After being contacted by HobbyGulf.com, the customer will have 5 days to respond with the verification information.

Verification of Orders
As an e-commerce company we understand and value the importance of security. Orders may be placed on hold pending verification of information. If an order is placed on hold, the customer will be contacted for the required information, after which the customer will have 5 days to respond with the verification information. Once the information is received, the order will be swiftly processed.
