You want to fly a Yak, and you want to fly a great-looking airplane with outstanding 3D and precision capabilities. Say hello to your new plane—the Yak 54 ARF from Seagull Models.
One of model aviation’s hottest subjects is now available as a mid-size gas performer. Fly the Yak 54 ARF with a Zenoah® G20ei gasser and marvel at the unlimited vertical performance. Roll rate is extremely fast with true tracking and pinpoint knife-edge. Or you can strap in a Saito™ FA-125a four-stroke, and enjoy even lighter wing loading, perfect power-to-weight and plenty of pullout from hovers.
The Yak 54’s incredible performance comes as no surprise when you consider the craft and care that Seagull put into this .90-size dream. It’s made from lightweight laser-cut balsa and plywood parts and covered in vibrant Hangar 9® UltraCote®. Carbon fiber pushrods, a 2-piece plug-in wing and a fiberglass cowl and wheel pants add to the quality design, and Seagull even includes a factory-painted and installed pilot figure to polish it off.
